• Event Details: Registration for the January series includes two 75 minute mommy and me sessions on Saturday, January 11 and Saturday, January 25. Both events will be held from 1:30-2:45 p.m. 
• Bring a water bottle and wear comfortable clothes. Grip socks if desired.
• This series will take place at the Byrd Center Rotunda at Shepherd University. Parking details will be provided.
• Price includes all props and supplies. Yoga mats will be provided. The cost of this 2 class series is $75 plus sales tax.
• Due to limited space and to allow for better class flow, only 6 spots are available for registration. 
• There is no refund offered for this series. If class is canceled due to inclement weather, a make-up date will be provided.
